Introduction
TCA 25%, 60 ML Peel is a professional-grade chemical peel designed to address melasma and pigmentation. Targeted for use under medical or aesthetic supervision, it helps improve the visible appearance of skin and refine texture for a more even complexion.
Key Features & Design
- Strength: 25% Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA) peel for concentrated, targeted treatment.
- Target concerns: Melasma and pigmentation, with broad applicability to sun-damaged skin.
- Recommended use areas: Primarily face and neck; may be used on chest, back, arms, legs, or other sun-exposed areas as determined by a qualified clinician.
- Directions for use: Wash and degrease the skin. Apply protective cream around sensitive areas (eyes, lips, nose). Apply the peel and leave for 5–10 minutes. Remove by neutralizing with water. If irritation occurs, rinse with cold water and apply aloe vera gel.
- Safety & suitability: For professional use only; external use only. Contains beta-hydroxy acids. Recommended under supervision of certified professionals such as dermatologists, cosmetologists, aestheticians, plastic surgeons, or trained nurses.
- Skin care note: Use once weekly
- Format: 60 ML bottle designed for clinical or spa settings.
Dosage & Application Limits
- Number of coats: Apply one coat only per session unless otherwise directed by the supervising clinician. A second coat should only be considered by an experienced practitioner in a controlled setting.
- Frequency: No more than once every 4–6 weeks. Repeat sessions should only proceed once the skin has fully recovered from the previous treatment.
- Session limits: The total number of sessions in a treatment course should be determined by the supervising clinician based on individual skin response and tolerance.
- Do not exceed: The application area, number of coats, and contact time recommended by your clinician. Exceeding limits significantly increases the risk of adverse effects, including scarring and permanent pigment change.
Contraindications — Do Not Use If
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have active skin infections, open wounds, or inflammatory skin conditions (e.g., active eczema, psoriasis, rosacea) in the treatment area.
- You have used isotretinoin (Accutane) within the past 6–12 months — consult your clinician before proceeding.
- You have a history of keloid scarring or hypertrophic scarring.
- You have had recent laser treatment, dermabrasion, or a deep peel in the same area.
- You have known hypersensitivity or allergy to trichloroacetic acid or any component of this formulation.
- You are using photosensitising medications without clinician clearance.
Patch Testing
A patch test is strongly recommended before first use, particularly for individuals with sensitive skin, darker skin tones (Fitzpatrick III–VI), or a history of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH). Apply a small amount to an inconspicuous area (e.g., inner forearm or behind the ear) and observe for 24–48 hours. Proceed only if no significant adverse reaction is observed. Consult your clinician to interpret patch test results before full application.
Expected Downtime & Aftercare
- Typical peeling: Mild to moderate skin flaking or peeling may begin 2–3 days after treatment and typically resolves within 5–7 days. This is a normal part of the skin renewal process.
- Redness & tightness: Mild redness, tightness, and sensitivity immediately following treatment are expected and generally subside within a few days.
- Aftercare: Keep the treated area clean and moisturised. Use only gentle, fragrance-free skincare products during recovery. Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen daily and avoid direct sun exposure for at least 2 weeks post-treatment.
- Do not pick or peel: Allow the skin to shed naturally. Forcibly removing peeling skin can cause scarring and pigmentation changes.
- Makeup: Avoid makeup on the treated area for at least 24–48 hours, or as directed by your clinician.
Warning Signs — Seek Professional Help If You Notice
- Frosting (white film on skin) that extends beyond the intended depth or does not resolve as expected.
- Severe burning, blistering, or open sores that develop beyond the first 24 hours.
- Swelling that is disproportionate or worsens after 48 hours.
- Signs of infection: increasing redness, warmth, pus, or fever.
- Sudden darkening or unexpected lightening of the skin in the treated area.
- Persistent pain that does not respond to cooling or standard aftercare.
- Any allergic reaction, including widespread rash, facial swelling, or difficulty breathing — seek emergency care immediately.
This product must be used under the supervision of a qualified medical or aesthetic professional. If you are unsure whether this treatment is appropriate for you or your patient, consult a licensed dermatologist or clinician before proceeding.

Not working at all..no peeling
Using it since 1.5 monthsNo great effect seen
I m sensitive to the fragrance those are used in many brands, but Fasderma comes with no fragrance which makes me get soothing effect.there are lot of changes on the face sighing 2-3 days..in fact it can’t change in overnight or week...I have got even skin tone..no acne problems which was frequent for me
I haven't seen any difference after using it for very long time as said by some people that it shows effects after using it for 3-4 months but it doesn't I feel like I have waisted my time and money on it. though there was no side effects of this product on my skin but no positive results for me .
Within few applications can see a noticeable improvement. But don't use it daily, might not be helpful. Use alternate days, with niacinamide and AlphaArbutin.
